Sweet Beez started with getting two bee hives in our backyard in Richardson Texas. We wanted to have our own honeybees and enjoy raw local honey for our growing family. As our admiration for honeybees grew and we saw a decline in honeybee population, we wanted to do our part by saving bees and other pollinators.
We raise our bees holistically (chemical free) and we now have over 60 bee hives. Our beez are thriving and roam far and wide in the Dallas metroplex and outside the metroplex. We catch wild swarms of bees and rescue unwanted bee colonies that would potentially be exterminated from people’s homes. We grow them back to health and maturity and lease them to homeowners for agricultural tax exemption on their property.
