How It Works
Every 2 weeks on Friday at 9 am, I will post a link to this website on our Facebook Group Page. Click the link and you will be able to order and pay for your items*. You’ll have 4 days to place your order (the order will close on Mondays at 1 pm). There is no required minimum and you are not required to order. **
All items ordered will be available for pick-up at my house in my shop ALL DAY on Thursday from about 9:30 am until 7:30 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 7:301 pm, Saturday, 9:00 am - 7:30 pm and Sunday, 9:00 am - 7:30 pm (that changes occasionally and I always let the group know on the fb page). For example - The first order of 2022: opened on Friday, 1/7 at 9 am. Order open until Monday, 1/10 at 1 pm. Pick-up in my shop on Thursday, 1/13 through Sunday at your leisure to pick up your order.
We also offer delivery for $5 or $10 depending on your neighborhood/Zip Code. Details listed in the "We Deliver" product listing.
Everything is labeled and I do this on the honor system. You'll come to the shop anytime during "open" hours and pick up your order. Sometimes the door is closed but it is UNlocked - you can still come in. I print out all the orders so you have something to go off of in case you don't have your order email.
Also, we work from home so we're watching you :-)
If your items are still sitting in the shop by the MONDAY after our Thursday pick-up - they are mine to keep. Example: our last order pick-up was Thursday, 2/24 and if you never picked up your items from me, then Monday, 2/28 - they are now my property.
I'm giving you 5 days to pick up your order and if you do not, I have to either use the products, sell the products or throw them away. You will NOT receive a refund in these cases.
EVERYONE picks up from my house - garage side - in the shop to the left of my garage - and it is totally ok to park in my driveway (1244 Seminole Dr. – NE corner of Seminole and Mimosa).
Try to bring your own cooler/bags to transport your items home. But I do have bags on hand if you forget.
* You'll always have access to the this site but you will be unable to add anything to your cart unless an active order is open.
FIRST TIME ORDERING?
Process:
1. Join FB Group - this really is SO important, as I post almost everything there and we are a very active group.
2. When you're on the Shopify site for the first time and you set up your account, you'll want to include an email address so your order confirmation will be sent there.
3. Must donate $20 to co-op fund on your first order. This is a 1x fee. Honor system.
4. When you check out online, there is a per order fee based on your order total. It is called SHIPPING when you check out. Nothing will be shipped to you. Shopify just doesn't allow me to change the word. This fee helps to cover the hosting fees for the eCommerce site, credit card processing fees, my time, insurance, time and other operating costs I incur.
These are the fees. Second column is order price range and third column is the fee you will be charged.
All the prices you see for products are the prices charged by the farm. I DO NOT mark up any of the product prices. The price you see is the price the farm charges. The only "mark-up" is this processing fee below.
