I can't even describe how tasty this meat is. Most cuts only need salt and pepper and the right cooking method. Ask for cooking recmommendations on the co-op FB page and Bob, Maria or Mike from Sunflower Farms will steer you in the right direction! I recently grilled one of these sirloins and not only was it flavorful and tender, BUT it also fed 2 of us for 3 meals!!
