The chili crisp is toasted garlic and shallots, pacific harvest flaky salt fresh ground chilis lots of yummy spices steeped in avocado oil. I do not add MSG or sugar to this. It has a ton of umami. Not to spicy and full of flavor. Does have a slight bit of heat but I would not consider it "hot".
This sauce is great on eggs, veggies, meats, in beans, soups, sauces, rice....the list goes on and on.
8 oz tub will last a long time in the fridge.
