Our Family: We are Jack and Trish Stone and we are a special needs family. We have three sons between us. Nate, Jackson, and Cru. Jackson, the middle son, has Autism. Cru, the youngest, has Cystic Fibrosis. We feel the special needs family is an underserved, overlooked group in our society. We know our support will not fix everything for these unique families, but, it might make dinner-time or the grocery bill a little easier to stomach.
Our Mission: Our mission is to support an underserved segment of our community; by providing work opportunities for individuals with special needs and support for the people beside them.
Our Farm: We are a family owned and operated sustainable farm. We offer fresh, seasonal fruit, herbs, vegetables, and we produce our own pickles and jams. We do not use chemicals, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers on our plants. Just rainwater, soil, sun. We also partner with other small, local farms, like us, to offer products, beyond what we grow.
We operate out of our newly opened Stone's Throw Texas Grocery, along with a small fleet of rolling farm stands.
