I can't even describe how tasty this meat is. Most cuts only need salt and pepper and the right cooking method. Ask for cooking recommendations on the co-op FB page and Bob, Maria or Mike from Sunflower Farms will steer you in the right direction! I served these tenderloins at my supper club and they were so tender, you could have used a butter knife to cut them!!! Would be GREAT paired with our Moreson Wines.
