Fresh made to order Greek Yogurt from Circle N Dairy milk.
Note: This yogurt is not as thick as store-bought Greek yogurts. Circle N prefers to drain their yogurt less in order to preserve the whey in the milk. If you want it thicker, simply line a strainer with paper towels and let the yogurt sit for an hour or 2...the liquid (whey) will drain out and leave you with a thicker yogurt.
