Fail-safe crock pot roast recipe:
"I put it on high in the crockpot for about 4 hours. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder only. Water halfway up the side of the meat. Then turn down to low for another 4-6 or so. About 3 hours to go I chop up onions and potatoes (from the veggie box!) and carrots, add more water to cover the veggies."
