Born and raised in Greece, Chef Dimitrios Vagenas began learning from a young age about the flavors, techniques, and traditions of Greek cuisine.
Dimitrios holds a degree in culinary art from Chef D'Oeuvre Culinary School. There, he was distinguished as the top student and awarded a scholarship to continue his studies, where he went on to excel in Food & Beverage Management as well.
In 2008, Dimitrios made his first culinary professional steps at distinguished hotels in Greece, such as the Cape Sounio Grand Resort. He grew internationally, learning the cuisines of Italy, England, and France. Dimitrios finally landed in Dallas in 2014 and worked for six years at the Omni Hotels and Resorts.
Now, Dimitrios is excited to combine his culinary skills and beloved traditions to offer high quality, authentic Greek flavors to the DFW area.
